Mtn smart watch QR code not working

It has taken me 3 weeks visiting 2 different shops and an unknown amount of calls to the call centre just to get a NEW QR code, to activate the esim in my watch only to be sent the incorrect one over and over again I get an SMS with a query number only to immediately be closed with no action I have no idea who to talk to anymore calling the call centre just get you transferred to different people till the wrong code is sent then the call is dropped before I can even load it
