Mtn Shares

Good day my name is Boniswa I brought shares in 2016 the Zakhele futhi shares, in November 2019 shares matured.I was informed that in order for me to sell the shares I have to register online and done as I was told but then when I reach the last page it keeps buffering since last year December up to now I am experiencing the same problem. I have tried using defferent networks and gadgets but still experiencing the same problem.... I have sent an email to the applicable departments on the 12 February 2020 but have not received and feedback and when I call I am sent from piller to post.... I need my money and I sick and tired of MTN incompitency.
