MTN service delivery

MTN, what a joke!! Been over a year now and have had endless issues with my contract. First they dont want to honor a contract and then a simple upgrade seems to be impossible after numerous attempts and confirmation that it would be done!! So sorry I left my previous provider!!! How do I get my requests actioned or contract cancelled!! What a joke!!
