Mtn ****py service

I was told via SMS that I have to upgrade on my mtn ACC,it's due at the end of June. Ok so I go to the shop to get this done. After about a hour of struggling with signal at there own shop. I upgraded to a new phone. I was told they will forward my contract via email,I still have not received that contract .Week after that I get my monthly statement. All off a sudden I have to pay a early upgrade fee of R649 . Are you ****** nuts,you told me to come and upgrade and want to charge me with this. I'm waiting for a reply,but your complaints department is useless. Will definitely not do that again. Waterfall mall in Rustenburg is the worse shop ever.
