MTN Poor service

We tried upgrading on a contract to get a laptop for my dad. Just to find out that MTN doesn't keep stock of most laptops they advertise in their brochures. and that they will contact the head office to see if there is stock. The head office also didn't deliver to say that there is stock, my dad then tried getting a tablet instead of a laptop to no avail as there was no stock either. MTN K90 customer service is not good and that is where we have been going for years.
