MTN Poor Service

After paying MTN contract for more than a year and failing to pay 2 months and made arrangement with them but they did not communicate clear to me now my line is suspended and all the agents they don't really care. They are not debiting anymore I was only told later that I was supposed to pay cash the monthly premium and the amount agreed. I so wish to pay them off and run away as much as I can from MTN what a poor service I have received. MTN doesn't care about the customers. Its sad :(
