Mtn poor coverage

Mtn why is the network so terrible in Sedgefield western cape, and why is it that other providers using the mtn tower here give their customers better coverage. The mtn mobile internet hasn't been working properly for two weeks and getting worse everyday, it's taken 10 min to get on to hello Peter to post this. I've called your coverage department to get told there isn't a problem and get put through to your data department who then say there isn't a problem and transfer me back to your coverage department aswell as your mtn help line who have checked my line and say there isn't a problem. So why is it that your customers can't get into the internet and get what they pay for, never mind getting answers to why the network is so terrible and get some one to come fix the issues.
