MTN NO SERVICE, YOU ARE OFFLINE

I live near Venetia Mine in Limpopo. MTN signal is pathetic. Even when Vodacom signal is on, MTN is off and they use the same tower. It has nothing to do with loadshedding. We are farmers and depend on signal for safety, business and communication. Sometimes MTN is off for 12 hours and more. Calls to them never helps. The situation is just getting worse. Can't they just come clean with their customers and tell us what the problem is?
