MTN Misrepresentation

On the 10th of January I received a call from an urgent from MTN who explained to me that my name was assessed and I qualified for a contract whereby I would receive a laptop with a R40 0000, voucher to use to buy online courses, or online appliances and furniture. Including Waltons. I explained to the urgent that I would not prefer to take up the voucher for online courses but I would be comfortable to use voucher to buy online. The laptop was then delivered without the voucher, I called MTN to ask for the voucher and also more information about the stores I would use to buy with the voucher, which the urgent that I spoke to numerous times could not provide me that information. I then logged a dispute regarding the use of the voucher, the urgent lodged incorrect information and I needed to lodge another dispute which a Consultant called me and she said that there is nothing that MTN could do although the urgent had misrepresented MTN and lacked knowledge about the product information as well as the offer of the promotion. additionally I discovered that the urgent had provided incorrect information about a top up on the contract , she had actually signed me in for a new contract to the value of R400 or so. As a result I had two contracts. I then cancelled the con contract and asked for the laptop to be picked up by the collected.
