Mtn = Making Trouble & Nonsense....

Mtn, I used to believe these guys were on top of their game, but of late.... More like seemingly useless and not interested in keeping loyal and old customers.

Maybe their initials now stand for.... Making Trouble & Nonsense....

My accounts are some 20 years old, of the last few years we were invited to their Prestige program as my spend is over 50k monthly, and then wow, every second they just change the rules, from the qualifying criteria to every other aspect.

I mean why offer a special if you want to be a stickler about it. Surely they thought it out and made the decision to do so.

Every year it's a fight to receive your benefits, you have to send 100 emails and somewhat beg for your earned benefit, it's just utter bull****.

This year they even refusing to honour the same stating a technicality and when u ask the juniors to refer you to a higher authority, then they evade your messages and hide behind emails, notwithstanding the fact that most mtn staff need to be trained on how to use or answer a fone.

Absolutely not impressed....

Simple matter, I'll just cancel my 100 lines, end of story....
