MTN LTE (UNCAPPED)FALSE ADVERTISING

Hi, A week ago I went into ballito Mtn to purchase a router and wifi deal (lte) . A few days after we made the purchase we realized the wifi kept dropping and the internet connection was not constant. We then took this to a MTN service center and was informed by the employee that the router that was sold to us was deemed unsellable and was not supposed to be sold to the public. We then went back to the ballito outlet to notify them of this and we were rudely denied any recognition or accountability for what they had done. We are very disappointed with their terrible customer service . Also MTN is a leading brand network . Are they a leading brand network because they are selling broken items ? And thats how sales are increasing? Failing to communicate or understand customer frustration. We are now left with 6 to 8 weeks with no wifi due to the lady telling us we need to send this router to jhb for someone there to say something is wrong with it before we can get a new one . So what is the way forward . Very disappointed . I then had to incur additional cost by purchasing a HUAWEI B612 LTE router for a little over than Two Thousand rand, I was then informed that this was the best router for the Job. As promised by MTN the download speed of 10mbps but the router and internet only downloads at 500kbps.
