MTN Insurance Worst Service Ever In The World

Good day mtn I hope that you respond to my review,I have my MTN contract for 20 years, because of the service I received so far,for the past two years I have 3 MTN contract,I have insurance on two of my phones,one which is a hisense infinity h60 lite,is a 3 year contract,for two years I have been paying insurance,now recently I had a accident I fel off my bicycle after being binned by a car,the battery got damaged started swelling from the accident,MTN insurance tells me they do not cover the battery but it says Al risk insurance and also the problem with the battery is after the accident,I am really disappointed with MTN, after giving you business for 20 years and I have always recommended others,al you tell me is your terms and conditions,you won't even repair the phone and you can expect me to cancel al my services and move back to Vodacom since MTN doesn't care this much about they clients
