MTN insurance

I submitted MTN insurance for my lost phone last week Friday , everytime when I call them to ask them about the turn around time for feedback.

One agent doesn't know what is turn around time like really , had to teach and explain what is turn around time. I called again they are telling me it will take 7 - 21 working days to get a respond as they are still investigating. Like the question am asking myself what is it they are investigating cz I lost phone.
