MTN infringing my rights

I received a call from +***, the lady from the call said she is from MTN, I declined her data contract offer. After conversation she discussed my credit score, which surprised me that MTN can just run credit checks without my consent. I asked the lady to send me a copy of the credit report via e-mail she said she would but didn't. THIS IS INFRINGEMENT OF MY RIGHTS OF PRIVACY. I never gave consent. I want to know why you checked my cred score, where did I authorise you to.
