MTN Fails to honour their contract

I purchased a router and Sim online on the 28th May 2025. The router was delivered without a Sim card on the 4th June @ my house, 100 Onder street Polokwane. I immediately contacted MTN and informed them about the Sim card. They have been giving me the runaround since. I am now stuck with a router which I can't use.

Kindly assist me to let mtn cancel the contract, fetch their router or deliver a Sim card ASAP.
