MTN don't need business

I app**** two weeks ago for an MTN contract. The lady was very friendly and said I will be told the outcome.......still waiting. I called to be cut off. Left a message to be told yet again to call. Come now. Is there any good cellphone company. Or are you so assure if yourselves that you just don't need business
