MTN contract cancelation process

I requested assistance on updating my profile with MTN, when I called them (cancellation dept) this morning they said they can't assist me before Vericred update their system that I have paid all the fees. I called Vericred and they said that's crazy for MTN to say that cause they are the ones who handed my profile to them and they must update it with the attached letter from Vericred. Now I want to cancel my contract and MTN is playing games with me. They keep on transferring your call and then suddenly they drop your call. The said part is that even MTN employees told me on one of their shops that they will drive me around until I give up. MTN contract cancelation process is never possible so don't even try to make a contract with them.
