Mtn contract

Mtn suspended my sim card of a contract I have with them. Apparently I didn't pay but they're the ones that owe me for over debit for the past two month (Nov and Dec). I took the contracts via Mondo their service provider that brought me something we didn't agree upon. They are now telling to resolve the problem with Mondo which Mondo tells me they are not responsible for finances.

I have been communicating with both companies for the past two months but nothing has been said. I personally would advise people to be careful when they are taking up contract with any of the two above mentioned companies. The battle is still on to see that my contract is being fixed. Be careful guys. This companies don't take us serious, the only thing they take serious is our money but services suck. I am honesty disappointed with mtn
