Mtn complaint and bad service

Andre du Plessis I renewed two cell phone contracts in December 2020 after being told I cannot stay on that package anymore the lady said 3 gb anytime data I reconfirmed and asked her 3 gb anytime data she said yes I only receive 1.5gb monthly numerous emails to mtn requesting a copy of transcript copy of contract and at least 9 reference no supp**** by them no response I keep paying them monthly yet they ignore I will never renew over the phone again and they must note they don't have permission to renew my contracts ever I have yet to see a copy of transcript to prove ********** activity from telemarketers andre du Plessis ***
