MTN CARES ONLY ABOUT MONEY

MTN is ******** people with their uncapped data, this is the same reason why no one responds to any of peoples complaints coz everyone including the team leaders have no answers.

It’s been over 3 weeks since I’ve had no internet connections due to tower faults but I’m expected to pay this flippin service at the end of the month, their best response is always “someone will contact you back” but nothing happens.

You are only important when signing the contract, it took them less than 5 min to contact me for my banking details but now it’s takes them forever to assist. If this was to happen in a formal development it would’ve been resolved in minutes, just because it’s happening Ekasi then there’s no urgency.
