MTN BUNCH OF UNEDUCATED IDIOTS

I app**** for a mtn contract at the mtn n1 city mall on Saturday around 2.30pm. All documentation was handed in and signed. I was told I will receive a sms confirming if I am approved or declined. It's now 5 days and I have received nothing. Not even a call or sms making me aware of what is happening. Tries calling the store 34 times and no answer. Tried call customer services and reach a dead end since I am with the cellc network. Emailed the customer care department and no call or response. How can the service be so bad with a network. I'm disappointed at how these idiots work. They clearly have no frame work to how things should be done. Some idiot in the customer service or head office better contact me soon.
