MTN becoming *****

After reading peoples reviews I'm defeated I guess no matter how many people complain against MTN we will never win. The issue with them billing me for a cancelled contract and still pause my connection which I already paid for second contract is crazy and these home routers clearly they can't manage anything. We pay and yet we don't receive any service or connection and being sent back and forth to the branch is insane. I am going to cancel any contract with MTN and will keep sharing my experience until they start losing customers. Never have I had seen such bad service and to think such a big brand toying with peoples money. I am told I owe money that I already paid for and somehow they allocated payment towards my cancelled contract that I cancelled in July and they failed to cancel and went to branch to query this in September which contract was cancelled again and have papers with proof that I owe R0 but when I make payment for my active contract yourl allocate half toward the cancelled contract. How insane is this
