Mtn ban black Friday service!!!!!!

I app**** for the black Friday 100 deal online and got a reference no ***4. But nothing further. Later I received an email asking for my ID no again? I'm a mtn customer and I already submitted my ID. How do I know this is not some **** and why don't someone call me about my application. When I phone MTN they just divert and say it's online department problem and they don't see my application??? Why give me a reference no if it's useless. I'm so tired of systems that is designed specifically to give the customer the run-around!!! Bad service
