MTN

My name is Dineo.Laurel Charlotte Mashigo I took a contract with MTN in 2015 feb the agreement was to pay R129 each month money was suppose to be deducted on 25th and benefits were 50 minutes sms I dont remember about data . The 1st month MTN deducted more than we agree upon I went to my bank and reverse the money I call them and ask them why did they deduct more than we agree upon I was told I have make more calls . I ask them the agreement was my benefits were fixed I ask the person who was helping me to put me through to the person who offered me the contract the refuse and I told them they always say the calls are recorded they must listern to the recordings . I went and deposit R129 in their Absa account the following month I deposited R120 because the atm didnt take the R10 note . The following month which is the 3rd month MTN went into my account and deduct R129 I stop because depositing money because rhey taking what we agree upon After a year or so I receive a from the laywers I dont remember the laywers name saying when am I going to pay my MTN account I told the person I was talking to I dont owe MTN and as a result MTN is still deducting money into my account they kept on calling I kept on saying I dont owe MTN till one day I receive the call from other gentlemen and he told me he is a private investigator and he calling me on behalf of MTN explain everything to the gentlemen and he said he will look into it and he will come back to me and he never did . I went to MTN in Maponya mall to inquire what is happening with my account they told me that I have 2 contract with MTN and I am still owing the 1st contract I was so confuse what is going on now I told the lady who was helping I dont she end up giving me the number to call and I did but nothing positive came out of it . It was quite moths and I reci e a call from onother laywers Norlans and I sooke to a lady by the name of July I explain every to Julia and Julia end up saying I must send her bank statements where it shows MTN was deducring money I did but Julia sfill says I owe MTN which I dont understand and according to me I have paid MTN mere than I was suppose to because my last installment was in Mei and the reason they stop deducting because I have reverse the money again.
