MTN at it again

I received a call from an MTN call centre agent to tell me that my contract for R139 per month, which included a phone has been offered to me to ramp up to around R300 per month. I told the agent ***en) to send me an email so I could think it through to which he agreed. This morning I was old by their courier firm that they are delivering a phone - which I never agreed to. I am now in a position where I will be debited on an amount that I never agreed to.

In addition, prior to this, I had received a call to say that I could reduce the amount to R89 per month if I do not want another phone. I was told that I could cancel my two year contract with one month's notice if I signed and I agreed to do so. I did not hear anything back on that at all even through I had agreed to that deal.
