MTN - a *******

I went to the MTN store at Cavendish Square in Kempton Park on the 07 June to upgrade my contract. According to the June MTN brochure, I am supposed to get the A20 cell phone with 1GB night and 1GB Anytime data 100 minutes 100 sms and 25 mtn to mtn minutes for R249.00. I have now been charged an extra R9.00 for a CLI fee that was not included in the given stated price of R249.00 and only been allocated 350mb data 50 minutes and 50 sms. When I sent the contract to MTN they tell me that my allocation is correct. This is not what I signed up for. I will never use MTN every again.
