MTN A ****

I took a phone through Mondo on an MTN contract more than 4 years ago. I have been requesting MTN to send me a settlement amount and show me how is it possible [to pay a phone for 5 years. I went to MTN stores in Menlyn and Wonderpark,I was told ]to email customer care. I have emailed customer care numerous times, they reply once a month asking me to verify my details. I do that and no one gets back to me. This stupid contract I cannot get out of has badly affected my credit score and no one gives a **** at MTN. They even worse blocked the phone from making or receiving calls, I still am expected to continue paying for a contract I don't know the end off.

If anything can help please, please reach out. I want to open a case of ***** for MTN, I have kept all my mail I have sent requesting statements and settlement amounts.
