MTN

Hello in 2019 I took cell phone contract, but the was a problem coz they told me about the payment of R229 but when the statement comes the contract is R509. On the same year December I did settle my account but now my biggest challenge my name is on ITC, when I apply for credit they tell me I'm owing MTN. Can someone assist me to clear my name.
