Good day, I was upgraded on the 30th August 2019 by MTN, due to certain packages becoming discintinued. The change went well without any intetprutions to my line. From the 20th I had issues with making calls. I have free voice calls available but it utilized my air tym for calls. I called numerous times and still no joy. Will MTN please get their act together and my problem as I cannot make out going callings. Will MTN remberse me for the air tym used. I will highly appreciated if a competent and responsible person can sort this issue out for me. This was a total inconvenience because I could not make calls.
