MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED

<p>My mother has been trying to sell shares that she purchased in 2010 since July 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have sent through countless emails with the documentations they keep requesting but we keep on getting the same response that the information is being validated.</p> <p> Me and my mother have called their contact center repeatedly and we keep getting empty promises that someone will investigate the matter and get back to us but they never do.They don't even respond to emails.</p> <p> The share price for the MTN Zakhele shares has dropped from R79- R80 a share to almost half of that during this time and we still don’t have a resolution. Today I was asked to send through documents that I had already sent through. I am very disappointed in the service I have received form MTN and above that, I have disappointed that my mom will not be getting a fair return on investment due a service failure on MTN’s side.</p> <p>ITS NOW BEEN 4 MONTHS AND STILL NO RESOLUTION OR FEEDBACK!</p> <p> </p>
