MISSING MTN ZAKHELE SHARES

In 2016, I bought the MTN Zakhele Shares to the tune of R10,000 via Nedbank Branch in Westgate Mall, West Rand. Subsequently, and to my surprise, when I called the call centre no: *** to trade my shares I was presented with the scary information that I actually paid R600, instead of R2000 (entry required amount) and my application was disqualified, as a result. I find that quite strange for the following two (2) reasons: (1) I never received any communication from MTN informing me about the R600 short payment, and (2) I, instead, had received postal mail confirming the status of my MTN Zakhele shares and welcoming me onboard. The contents of the mail were enclosed in a white CompuShare envelope with my personal details correctly written. The reference number given by the call-center agent is: ***5.

MY ONLY QUESTION IS: WHO'S WORSE THAN THE FAILED ANC BETWEEN MTN AND NEDBANK??
