Lowest level of unproffesionalism

<p>Unprofessional service, rude staff. To get my money I must email documents 20times since January emailing one and same thing. I got a reply today about an email I sent on the 3rd of May and I just resent the document. I called in today the consultant is telling about the email I sent on the 12th of April. What system is being used there? I want my money it's too much now</p>
