I bought Mtn Zakhele shares in 2010 for my daughter and my niece whom I'm a legal guardian to.I bought shares for R2000 each,6yrs later I decide I need to sell those shares.I started the process of selling of selling these shares the first week of february 2016,each and everytime I call mtn zakhele I was told I had faxed through wrong documents they'll send me right ones,I'll fill in those documents fax them through to them than I'll b told that i didn't fax certain things,I'd fax whatever they request but still I received no help, than finally on the 22nd of february I received an sms saying I have been verified on their and ol my details have been updated I can now start trading but wen I call their call centre it's a different story, they told me to wait 7 working as the documents were being forwarded to their compliance office than after 7 days I'll be able to trade,I waited after 7 days I called again, still I'm being sent from pillar to post with no help and no one is willing to take responsibility and help me out,I am extremely disappointed with mtn zakhele and I regret ever buying shares from them.I would advise anyone not to buy shares from them.....?????
