Inappropriate deceit

Have had invested in shares both myself and my minor with share reference numbers *** and ***. No dividends received already a few years upon enquiry they claim to have paid out in 2016. No proof of payment received to date the transaction statement says withdrawn have enquired by Lungelo by whom as the bank cannot find the payment. Please advise with correct and proper information.
