I was on the phone for 1hour trying to do an upgrade on my home router WiFi contract

I was on the phone for 1hour trying to do an upgrade on my home router WiFi contract. I was transferred 6 times to different “service champions” but I couldn’t get champion service. I didn’t get any resolution at all. I’m frustrated to a point where I think I should just cancel it.
