I want my money

<p>Sent my change of details at the beginning of November, called the call center beginning of December and my details were not amended.Since then I have contacted the call center over five times and every time it is the same lie, my payout will be paid next wee****! That was three weeks ago. I have emailed them over 5 times and my details were changed but still no payout. I was informed last week that MTN outsourced the payout function to another company and they cannot tell me when my money will be paid. This is not acceptable!!!!!! MTN Please provide date of my payout?</p>
