I queried a second contract *** that's linked to my existing contract which I was not aware of it was taken in January 2019 till 2022 when it expired and I only knew about it last year August when they phoned me to upgrade since the I have been following up lodging complaints with the company. They wanted to give me a new simcard worth the value that I had already paid but I refused I want to be refunded my money that I paid but they are refusing.
