I canceled my MTN contract in December and my last payment was in January which I paid full amount, the only thing I left with is phone insurance come now February they overcharged me and they telling me stories that they don’t know what happened, they send me pillar to post they can’t even give me the right explanation because in their system it shows I canceled my contract, why they overcharged me I don’t know
