Hi I had a terrible experience at MTN northgate

Hi I had a terrible experience at MTN northgate . Because MTN systems are extremely slow it takes 3 hrs to upgrade a contract , as apposed to any other network that take 15 minutes. A terrible fight broke out in the shop between the clients …. That was very traumatic ….. the shop had to be closed …. It also lead to a physical fight …I was trying to separate the two ladies.
