Hello Peter. I upgrade my phone with them online. Took a phone and we agreed on the monthly installment. First month they took more money. When I asked they said it's pro-rata. Then they said 2nd month my installment will be ok. Come the second month they took more than the first month. The first consulate I spoke to online on Thursday said yes she realises the mistake made, they will call me. Until today they didn't call me. I phoned them, they run around and now one said I took two handsets, one said it's vay and it's all stories. The last one gave me a number to call at halpast one but it's not even working. Im really ****ed off with this. I've been on contract for more than 8years with Mtn. It sucks
