Furious MTN Contract Holder

I have took my phone in for minor repair to an MTN store in Claremont and was told that my phone is still not yet back however I was actually told that it will take 7 to 14 working days,still nothing from 09 September to date nothing and I am payingfor contract phone I am not even using. I am so angry and disappointed as I took the contract for purpose however now THIS.MTN your service is Bad and is not complies at all.
