Funds not transfered

I transfered money as well to MTN Zakhele on the 18 November 2015 and used my Investor number as reference, my money has not been transfered to my portfolio I called the customer services number from monday 23 November and was told it will be done after 12 noon. Nothing was done called again on the 24 November and was ask to send proof of payment and copy of certifed Id which I did. Today 25 November still nothing has been done I have called them spoke to the manager who said he is still investigating. Hope they not doing this so that they can earn interest on investors money before they transfer to the portfolios. It is frustrating cos you can not trade if you dont have money. I have sent mails and no one is responding on that. Can I get a response please. My Name Prince
