extra airtime option

Its more frustrating, since last year 2018 November complaining about an extras air time that its been loaded on my phone every second in a week, I phoned MTN so many times requesting to remove this extras air time option on my phone,

nothing is happening, so it means MTN knows what's happening *****ing air time from my phone, MTN CALL CENTRE BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!

they cannot assist me with the matter, they keeping on telling me that iam the one 1 who dialled the number

im sick and tired of MTN, I have been using my MTN number from 2004 and never experience this problem, but now im having a problem but no help

the best way is to move my number to another network
