EXTRA AIRTIME OPTION

Since I upgraded my phone at Jabulane mall on the 03/11/2018, I have been getting this message that I have borrowed airtime from MTN,

I have requested the MTN to assist me with the matter, of which I was assisted for 2 months only, and I have requested the option to be removed from my phone completely.

now again I got a message the I borrowed R50 air time, I cannot even buy air time on my phone cause now and then I get message that I borrowed R 50 not less than R50.

can I request for the last time now to remove the extra airtime option completely on my phone as I do not borrow any air time,

its more frustrating cause I have requested the option to be removed, and I was told that it has been removed from last year November ,

please treat this an urgent matter
