EXTRA AIR TIME OPTION

its more frustrating that I have been complaining about one thing since last year November 2018 after I have upgraded my phone,

now and then I receive a message to say I have borrowed MTN air time of which I don't borrow any air time,

I have requested MTN to remove the option of extra time away from my phone, they told me they did, but still going on and on,

should I take further steps as this is not done, even now I have received a message to my recharge is successfully,

different quotes where given to stop extras time option, only to find that the quotes are not to remove the option completely,

I request this for the last time, CAN I HAVE THE OPTION OF EXTRAS AIR TIME TO BR REMOVED FROM MY PHONE COMPLETELY, IF I NEED AIR TIME I WILL BUY NOT TO BORROW
