Extra air time

Its more frustrating, as I have been complaining with MTN since last November when I upgraded my phone, I have been getting messages that I have borrowed R 50 airtime from MTN now and them, I phoned MTN 20 time request MTN to remove the extras airtime option on my phone, as I do not borrow any time,

MTN does not want to assist me cause they gave me so many codes to dial on my phone of which does not help,

I have been paying MTN R 100 airtime of which I do not even use,

they gave me reference no : SMC*** to follow up with extra airtime to assist, no help at all,

every day I must pay back the airtime that I do not even use,

does MTN want to help with this matter that I have been complaining about for more that six month, and I request MTN to refund my airtime that I have been paying back that I do not use,

if MTN does not assist with matter as like now, I do not have an option but to report MTN TO MY LAWYER
