Disgusting Service MTN and UNISA

Extremely unhappy with MTN and UNISA phone was ****** from person - same phone used for Data and connectivity from UNISA for exams. UNISA took phone number over - not advised this was a pre-paid personal number now i have to jump through hoops to get a letter from UNISA to appease MTN's ego. apparently this is now a business contract taken over by UNISA - disgusting service being received since 4th November from both.
