Delayed phone repairs

To whom it may concern

My name is ntombomzi Nozuko Mqalo I have contract with MTN.. On the 2nd February 2019 I upgraded my contract in one of their branches which is in Sunnyside, Pretoria..

In 13 July 2019 I took my phone in for repairs due to the screen of the phone which was falling off meaning the screen was getting de-attached from the back of the phone and I could see the wires inside of the phone, the phone didn't fall it doesn't not have any scratches on it, no dents and no cracked screen.. The date now it's the 24 July (2nd week) and whenever I keep on checking up on the progress of the phone their consultant keeps on saying the phone has not reached thier Technicians thier Consultant tried to get a go ahead for me to get a loan phone in the meantime my phone is in for repairs MTN refused to give him a go ahead.. As in now my things are stuck and according to my knowledge the phone should only be in for repairs not more than 7 days and I dnt under what's taking so long because it is for sure that the phone has a factory fault.. They told thier consultant that the technicians will get bck to him with a feed back with in 2 working days as from the 24 July 2019 which is for me I have been patient enough and I want a phone.

Whts funny come month end MTN will deduct thier money from me whereby they had my phone with the for 2 weeks and I dnt think that's fair on my side because the is no normal person who can pay for Something which is not in their position.
