While my service provider was Autopage I had never, not once had a problem of any kind. Ever since MTN have taken over I have had issues of one sort or another.

The latest is your contract validity when you go for your upgrade. The contract is valid for 24 months, but the "deal" only 12 months.

Call centre staff have the attitude of, well you signed on for 24 months - you just have to accept the fact that after 12 months your bill is now exactly double
