Confirmation Message *Business Name:* MTN *Review:* My daughter had a month to month home wifi contract, for R269 which she cancelled after much difficulty in May. She had to physically visit the store, call many times, and finally assisted. During September she woke up to a debit on her bank account for R121 498- 99, by MTN. On trying to obtain answers from MTN they advised they will look into it. To date she has never received a response and to add to it, she received further sms advising that she still owes R 121 498-99. Despite many calls and emails, no response from MTN except that they are investigating. *Rating:* 1 out of 5.
